As a requirement of the sector of Big Four, employees have limited time to interview you. So you have to be well prepared. Describe yourself and tell 3 strong sides of yours. Then leave the interviewers (most of the time 1 manager and 1 senior manager) lead the conversation. Always be yourself.

Interview

Interview was 2 rounds (first digital, second in-person), plus one event where you get to meet with different EY'ers. Questions were all behavioral. Interviewers were friendly, and there was not much to stress out about. Preparation was very vital for the interview process.
