zeer positief ervaren, vrij netjes via de e-mail en telefonisch benaderd. De sollicitatieprocedure duurde wel vrij lang. Uiteindelijk is er geen duidelijkheid gegeven met wie ik het gesprek zou hebben, pas op de dag zelf.

One self-recorded interview. It is awkward and the questions are somewhat behavioral/situational, but you have plenty of time to read it and think about it before giving an answer. Then you attend an interview day which features breakfast, two interviews, a job shadow, and a networking lunch. The day is very relaxed and the interviews are not intense, both interviewers were pleasant conversations.
