It was a positive meeting. I was asked about my past experiences and capabilities. There was an aptitude test first. After 2 weeks they called me for interview. They asked me about a time when i faced a problem and how i solve it .They also asked me about a time when i had to convince people about a situation.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Singapur) in Oct 2015
Interview
Was called to inform that I was selected for an interview. A follow-up email with the details was sent afterwards.
Interview consisted of two parts:
30 minutes Written Test: to replicate a powerpoint slide and excel data
1-on-1 Interview with the hiring manager. Questions asked were straightforward, standard questions.

Question 1
Tell me more about yourself. Basically the questions were easy to answer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Sep 2014
Interview
simple. i apply, i have a conf call if selected, physical interview, etc. but process quite informal. the process is quite common, nothing special. Very warm questions asked, people trying to understand rather than looking for something wrong. I must say that even if the company is very much about diversity, they look at it only from a sexual orientation or sex point of view but almost completely ignore other areas of diversity such as age. This was obvious in the interview
