Was a two-step process where I spoke with the Manager first and then had a second interview with a Partner. Mostly behavioral questions with not many technical questions. Both interviewers were pleasant and seemed to appreciate the relatively small experience I had as a student.

about 2-3 years ago, the final round of interview was partner interview, online interview, about 20-25min, either in Chinese or English, with self-introduction, why company and some skill questions. not under intense pressure

Two round interview, behavioral interview with a large focus on soft skills. Lots of questions about previous experiences, what things did you learn from those experiences. Very friendly interviewers, some small talk at the start. Interviewers are interested in hearing your career goals.
