Interview
Very Conversational and friendly. Not at all intimidating. Always research the firm and look up behavioral questions. Practice case study questions of profitability and new product/ new entry into market. Have questions to ask at the end.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online and did a do-it-yourself online video interview. The next steps were a phone screen and then two in-person interviews at the office. After completing one behavioral interview and one case interview, I received an offer in the Risk Advisory Program (RAP). The behavioral interview was basically a conversation about the different programs within EY's Advisory practice as well as a few typical behavioral questions (e.g. "Tell me about yourself"). The case interview covered several topics such as: internal controls, risk mitigation, and how you'd work with a team to handle the client's issues. My advice for the case interview would be to assess each issue individually and then explain how the issues relate to one another to tie it all back together.
