I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
Pretty easy and relaxed there were two rounds to the process. The first was an on campus recruiting session where I met with one person. The interview was very relaxed and conversational. Maybe one or 2 behavioral questions but mostly going through your resume. After that we had our super day in your preferred location (mine was NYC) where I met with 2 people. The first was a random manager, and the second was a partner. Both interviews were again very lax and conversational. More so just getting to know you and see if you're a good fit.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult team member
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Video Response Interview for first round. The questions were harder than expected, so I panicked a little. It was a twist of normal behavioral interview. The responses had 3 minutes response limit, and the questions were trickier. Also, video response kinda trips you sometimes.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deliver a difficult message to someone in a caring and empathetic way.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Harrisonburg, VA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Behavior Questions Online, mostly asked about what you have done and your skills and abilities. This was only an online interview so the questions were pretty general, I don't think it takes much too prepare for this particular type of interview and it is only stage 1 in the process.
