First capacity test (logical part and English part) whose results last for 2 years. Then HR interview and a superficial business case with Senior Consultants. Another round followed with another colleagues - Senior Consultant and Manager. Not very structured, more about getting to know each other and finding out whether I would fit in the team.

My selection process had 3 steps:
- Group dynamics to interact among us and present in a public way.
- Personal interview with HR talking about interest, the company and espectations.
- Interview with 2 senior manager about the desired job.
