Interview
I had two phone interviews. One was with the recruiter and another was with the lead partner. I then had 3 onsite interviews. A manager, senior manager and partner interviewed me.

Question 1
We went through my resume and they asked me to walk through some technical projects that I had done. Also, they asked some behavioral questions such as what were some difficulties and how did you handle them.

Interview
Three rounds, with increasing hierarchy of interviewers ending with the Partner of the industry vertical. Clear understanding as to why would I consider switching jobs at this stage .in my career. Set expectations about what the role and designation would be.

Experienced hire interview process comprises of 3 stages - 1st HR screening where HR would ask basic questions about yourself, academic background and professional background; 2nd Interview by a Manager/Senior Manager - more towards testing of skills and knowledge of IFRS and ISAs; last interview by Director - focused on soft skills and how you work with team and during stressful environment.
