Interview
Interview process included of 4 rounds of discussion. 1st with a Sr Manager for your technical skills and background, then with Partner who also assesses you for technical skills and your role, then for a Manager there's also another round with a Sr Partner who assesses you more from a professional perspective. Once all this is done, then the HR round for CTC discussion.

Standard behavioural competency questions where it’s clear the interviewer is reading off a list of questions. The whole process lacked the human touch, and very clear you are just going to be another head count. There isn’t a specific role lined up so difficult to ask meaningful probing questions.
