Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A mixture of structure interview questions, general discussion (CV, previous working experience, what motivates you, etc.) As the candidate, I spent around half of the interview asking questions to the interviewers - to find out what the role entails, what is the work like, etc. Some interviews were more intense - need to think quickly at spot. Some interviews were more relax.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
An easy interview process. Both interviews were with a Partner and an Executive Director. Each was about an hour long, including my questions. In both, I had to describe my career history, which the interviewers explored in more detail. My background is unusual for the team I'm joining so I had a few 'why this sector?' and 'why this team?' questions. The second interview included a 20 minute presentation on a topic of my choice of relevance to the team's focus.
