EY Senior Manager interview questions

HR interview, basics covered, then two interviews with two different people on the team. Interviews were not super technical and focus was on past experience. Roles and responsibilities did not seem well defined or known by the interviewers

The interview was only for 15 min. The interviewer was a senior manager and asked some basic questions like why EY etc.. Nothing major then asked about the compensation expectations and hearing that he mentioned is this the first time you mentioned about compensation to anyone in EY and kind of concluded the interview. I take that its too much for them.
