I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (London, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
Went through to 1st stage interview which was about 2 hours with a Director. The interview itself was very good, well drilled questions and the interviewer had done his research on me and even knew where Lived. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. However lets be clear the first interview is intense and you cannot afford to turn up without doing a good amount of internal analysis. Figure out what you want in life, and what you dont want and what are your positives nd nagative because they will find them out in this interview. Be ready to explore and expand.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at EY (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Casual informal feel. Conversational with a sprinkling of behavioural questions. Mostly just talked about past project work. Very friendly leaders with a mandate to grow Financial Services, Health & Public Sector, Infrastructure, and Mining practices.
