I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
The interview consisted for three segments. One interview with the manager, one with the partner and a written assessment. Partner interview focused mainly on long term goals and why you want to work with EY. Manager interview was mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment was on the computer and easy, it was basically a behavioural interview question in written format times at about 10-15 minutes.

Interview
I attended EY's Emerging Leaders Program the summer prior, so I skipped the first round of interviews for the full-time Staff Accountant position. I had an in-house full day interview with 3 different EY'ers- 1 staff, 1 manager, and 1 partner. We had in-house HR presentations as well as presentations from partners about the local market. I received an offer via phone call just a few hours after my last interview! The interviewers were incredible, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Klang)
Interview
It was part of the university engagement programme they had. Five interviewees to three interviewer, in a controlled environment to fit university setting, so possibly not as accurate or rigor compared to actual interview. Everything we did was basically being taken into account, from body language when you're being asked the question or other people was, to your response and how you used your hands in responding. It should be noted that I wasn't offered per se, but I was one of the students they asked for a resumé a second time.
