I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and clear. I applied through the career center website on campus. The first round interview was a 30 min interview on campus with a senior manager. The next day the recruiter called informing me there would be a second round of interviews (super day) in the Chicago office (with EY paying all transportation costs) in a couple weeks.
We started off the morning with breakfast, where you meet a recent hire that will guide you along the day. After that there were three 30 minute interviews (2 w/ a senior manager, 1 w/ a manager), with one being a case interview. The case interview was not technical and more of an open ended set of questions. Afterwards we went out to lunch as a group with our tour guides. The lunch was very laid back, most of tour guides were fresh staff that had graduated a few months before.
Received a email rejection two weeks later. Overall, it was a really good experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Got an email from a recruiter, then did 2 30 minute interviews on campus (1 case, 1 behavioral). These interviews were very straightforward and they provided helpful documents to go over to prepare for the interviews.
After I passed that round, I was called into the office and interviewed with a partner. The interview was laid back and was more a conversation than an interview. Just make sure you know what the job entails and why you would fit well in the position/what you can bring to the company. Remember, it is a 2-way interview so you want to make sure you are a good fit at EY just as much as they want to make sure that you can succeed in the position they are interviewing you for!

Interview
The process took 1 month (apply online, interview on campus, then they bring you to the office 2 weeks later, and then I found out 2 weeks - accepted). It was very standard - just be genuine.
