I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Sydney) in Aug 2022
Interview
The Assessment Centre went for half a day. It comprised of an ice breaker, introduction to EY, introduction to HR and service line employees, group case study, then individual interviews. The introduction activities at EY were somewhat longwinded. The questions asked are mainly behavioural and motivational. Some general technical questions related to your preferred service line. The AC process is a lot longer than it needs to be with the ice breaker and extensive marketing pitch. Feels like a waste of time if you don’t get the offer. Interviewers were generally approachable.

Long process with multiple stages of online assessments, followed with AC and 1 and a half hr for the final interview.
Otherwise, it was good in terms of that they got back to you relatively quickly.
