The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2011
Interview
Be ready for the tough questions and make sure you know more about the company. The lady was very straight forward and gave me false hope. I didn't get a second job interview, even though I had previous customer experience as well as a degree. I doubt I was given a serious chance as the interviewer seemed fake and very unresponsive, like she did not want to be there. I would say for an entry level job that was by far the worst interview process i have experienced.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Eugene, OR) in Oct 2010
Interview
Dress professionally as you would at any office job. Be clean shaven and hide the tattoos and piercings. Take your clothes to get dry cleaned first if you must. You don't need to wear a suit or even a tie, but remember to at least wear ALL dress clothes.
RELAX, the people interviewing you may be dressed in nice suits and appear professional and intimidating but the majority of the managers at the Contact Center would be unrecognizable outside of the office and you would probably think they were vagabonds. They have degrees that would be worthless outside of this job, hence the reason they are working as managers for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
