The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Dayton, OH) in Jun 2011
Interview
It all started when I applied to Enterprise through Monster.com by submitting my resume. The next day I received and email for a phone interview, which I completed later that day. The phone interview was fairly simple. It took me a bit off guard because I was just sort of expecting to verify some of my employment history and to set up a 1:1 interview. But she as question like why enterprise? what have you learned about Enterprise? Why do you want this position considering your degree ( I just graduated with a degree in Exercise Science)? I was then offered a 1:1 interview scheduled just a couple days later.
The first 1:1 interview was with the recruiter who I had the phone interview with. She was so great!! Super funny and very easy to talk to. That combined with the fact that I spent time the previous day preparing helped me feel incredibly comfortable, confident and relaxed. She asked numerous situational questions: Can you tell about a time when you had to sell a product to someone who didn't need it and was very reluctant? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation? The only question I wasn't prepared for: Of all the positions you have had, if you were to rank the various responsibilities you have had what would be you top three favorite and one least favorite duty? Not that hard of a question, but I have had quite a few jobs, with quite a few responsibilities. Sort of pulled the answer out of my ass, but I was given a second 1:1 interview none the less. We will see how that goes. My meeting is on tues.

Interview
Had a phone interview and passed that, then had 1 on 1 interview with talent acquisition manager and got through that, and am now waiting to have 1 on 1 interview at local branch. The phone interview is more of just a screen, they make sure you are willing to do the job at hand. The 1 on 1 interview is a lot of behavioral questions, like how did you deal with a difficult customer?

Interview
No big surprises here. One interesting note was that despite being a smaller office, there were interviewees coming left and right. Be prepared for a lot of stiff competition! The interview itself was straightforward: What are your goals, how do you deal with adversity, and so on. Everyone at the office seemed pretty friendly.
