I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
4 Total interview: HR Behavioral, Coding Assessment, 4 Hr long company culture talk followed by coding challenge with Sr Software Dev hiring manager. Interview process was smooth and fairly easy, they did demonstrate their product from different end user's perspective - really helpful for those who don't often see the nurse/doctor's interaction.

Question 1
It was question about requirements gathering and how I, as a developer, what details would I prefer to see in a story/ticket that is not a norm.
Their interview process is super time consuming and kind of annoying. They're online "personality exam" is long winded and not that relevant. I feel like it was used to weed out applicants who have actual lives.

Pick one of these options that best reflect you etc.
And then like that a bunch of times
Over the phone, very simple. Few basic questions, dive into technical background, and details about the position. Interview is directly with existing software engineer, technically focused but just a discussion.
