Short, casual phone call discussing my interest in the company and the day to day experience of working at Epic. Interview was with a developer, not with Human Resources, so we were able to talk about the technical side
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are some languages / frameworks you've worked with in the past
You will likely do several examinations prior to the actual interview (i.e. basic math/rates/coding tests, plus a personality assessment that might help them place you). The actual interview is about average-to-difficult (be prepared to answer STAR-type questions!) but will also include orientations, so it's several hours but with maybe 1 total hour of targeted interviewing.
