Epic interview questions

Short and easy process. I had a phone interview where I was asked questions about my interests and why I chose to apply for Epic. They introduced me to the job and what it entails, and had me schedule for a skills assessment.

My initial call was fairly awkward and disorganized; however, none of that mattered once they mentioned that they require a Covid-19 vaccination even though its 2025 and there are numerous studies out proving the ineffectiveness of the vaccine. If the leadership of this company is clearly not making data driven decisions around the hiring requirements, it is usually a good sign that the quality of life at work will be subpar. I decline to proceed further.
