This is the preliminary round of technical skill demonstration. Contains a bunch of questions about math, logic, and programming paradigms. The math question is ordered from easiest to hardest, with the last few contain trick questions.

There exists a lilypad that doubles the size every week. If the lilypad fills the pond at week 8, when was it cover a quarter of the pond?

Interview
Short and easy process. I had a phone interview where I was asked questions about my interests and why I chose to apply for Epic. They introduced me to the job and what it entails, and had me schedule for a skills assessment.

What do YOU want to do? (i.e. what do you want to do with your career)
My initial call was fairly awkward and disorganized; however, none of that mattered once they mentioned that they require a Covid-19 vaccination even though its 2025 and there are numerous studies out proving the ineffectiveness of the vaccine.
If the leadership of this company is clearly not making data driven decisions around the hiring requirements, it is usually a good sign that the quality of life at work will be subpar. I decline to proceed further.
