I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview consisted of three rounds: the first was a very laidback, behavioral interview in which the recruiter asked me about my future goals, passions and why I wanted to work at Epic. The second round was a GRE-Style Verbal and Math exam that was proctored online along with some very basic coding questions (a basic knowledge of data structures such as arrays should suffice). I was then invited to an on-site interview that involved a tour around campus. There was a case interview, a HR interview in which they asked questions such as if you had other offers how would you decide which offer to take. Then, there was a coding interview that I felt was relatively tough: knowledge of recursion, nested for-loops and more complex data structures was definitely necessary.

Question 1
If you had multiple job offers, how would you decide which one to choose?

Interview
The process consists of sending a resume and transcript, followed by a skills assessment, phone interview, and hopefully an on-campus interview. The HR department responds very quick with each step and I hope to be hearing about an on-campus interview soon.

Interview
After submitting my resume and cover letter I got an email from a recruiter asking me to send times I'd be available for a phone interview. After that was scheduled, they sent me instructions to set up a technical assessment via ProctorU and complete the Rembrandt Profile.
