I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a very basic phone interview--it was about a half an hour. I prepped for it, but there was no need. They didn't ask any "interview" questions, only basic questions like why do you want to work for EpIc--that sort of thing. It was super relaxed. I interviewed with an employee in the role that I am applying for. I'm still waiting for on-site interview, which I have scheduled in a few weeks.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2016
Interview
There was a 30 minute phone call interview along with an online skills assessment and personality test. The phone interview was pretty laid back and it was nice being able to talk to someone who was also in the same position that I was applying for. Heard back about an onsite interview within a week and will be going through that process in a few days.
