I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2014
Interview
Met with the recruiter at a campus career fair. They had me apply on the spot via iPad, which was extremely quick. From there, I received notice within two weeks that they wanted to conduct a phone interview. This process was relatively simple. I spoke with a current project manager, who had me lead through my resume and then asked a few basic interview questions. After this however was an online skills assessment, which was quite lengthy and tiresome. It asks questions regarding coding logic, along with concepts such as grammar.

Question 1
All questions from the phone interview were relatively straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
1. Phone Interview: Do your research! When I was contacted for a phone interview, I reached out to two of my LinkedIn acquaintances working at Epic so when my interviewer asked how I heard about Epic, I really impressed him off the bat. The interview is very straightforward but be prepared to ask a lot of questions at the end about the specific position to show your interest.
2. Skills Assessment/Personality Test: Again, I recommend that you read the reviews on here as some of the "tricky" brain teasers that could take you forever are listed on here. For the coding section, I simply wrote a list of how I would code the program and that was good enough.
3. Onsite Interview: It was a blast! Go through the questions on Glassdoor and you'll be more than prepared. Just be yourself and have fun at their beautiful campus! If you're interviewing for PM, make your 10 minute presentation interactive and engaging.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2014
Interview
Had one phone interview which was fairly standard and asked only behavioral questions. After that, they sent me a really hard skills assessment which took about 3 hours and (i believe) is the reason that I did not get extended an offer for an on-site interview.
