Interview
Applied online and got the phone interview. A person from that department will call you. Be sure to say how your experiences align with the position. Its hard to do when you dont know what the job specifically requires besides whats given on the website. Interviewer didn't seem interested in the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Recruiter contacted me, filled out online application & personality assessment, heard back a few weeks later and had a phone interview. Took skills assessment and after that was told they would not be moving further with my application. The description of what the position entails didn't really match up with what was being tested, I felt.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
Interview process was long. I first submitted my resume and Rembrandt profile, then was asked to complete a phone interview, then I was asked back for an on-site interview with HR and skills tests, and finally I came back for a second on-site to give a presentation and complete several more interviews. Between each of the interviews I was contacted withing a few days, but it did take about 3 weeks for a decision after my final interview. Through each step of the process I felt as though the interviews were thorough, and they respected the skills and experience that I have.
