I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Was given employee referral. Resume forwarded to HR, and HR sent me link to complete online application and Rembrandt test within 48 hours. Test assesses personality/situation, as well as math & analogy. Unfortunately, didn't get past Rembrandt test. Response given to me in 1 week from time of test/application.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2012
Interview
They flew me out to interview in Madison, WI and I had a lovely weekend. The interview day was jam-packed and high-paced. I was interviewing with someone, giving presentations, or taking written tests constantly from 8:30am to 5:30pm. My perception of the people working there was just the same, friendly, great, but very fast-paced.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
After submitting my resume to the posting on my school's career sight, I was contacted fairly quickly to set up a phone interview. The conversation lasted about 30 minutes and was very straightforward. We talked about my background and interest in Epic, and I got a chance to learn more about the company and their unique culture. After the interview, I took a skills assessment that I found to be fairly difficult, but there is no way to prepare for it.

Question 1
There were no unexpected questions with the phone interview, but it is important to have an understanding of the company and what your role would be as a project manager.
