I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
The interview process is pretty much exactly what's mentioned in the other reviews, so I won't repeat that information here. I had read the other reviews before my on-site interview, and nothing about the process surprised me.
The on-site interview requires endurance. You arrive between 8 and 9, and have back to back activities scheduled until 4-430. There are lots of short interviews, tests, and activities, and the constant shifting between them can be tiring, so get a lot of sleep the night before, and be sure to eat a good breakfast and lunch. Take advantage of the drinks and snacks they provide, too - they clearly want you to do your best. It's an exhausting day, but they really do make it a nice process. Everyone you meet is friendly and encouraging. The presentation is very relaxed, but be prepared to be interrupted with questions. It was a little jarring to see 60 other recruits on campus interviewing for similar roles, but the whole process was very personalized, and rarely did I feel like just another number.
I received a phone call with an offer exactly a week after I interviewed on campus. During other parts of the process, I usually heard within 2 days or so. This recruiting process is a well-oiled machine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing unexpected or that difficult. Read through the other reviews, be prepared to answer standard HR questions, be yourself, and you'll be fine.
Really intense. Online application, personality test, phone interview, skills assessment (math, verbal and programming), and an office visit (2 behavioral interviews, 1 case interview and a presentation)

Question 1
The skills assessment has some surprising difficult questions. I suggest looking over some basic programming
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2012
Interview
Very efficient on their end and self-explanatory. I looked at every Glassdoor review and all the answers to all the questions they ask are all there. The most useful comment was: "be yourself." They truly ONLY care about how intelligent you are: just be yourself, not pompous, not arrogant, and you'll be fine.
