I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Clemson, SC) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who told me to apply for the job. I filled out the application and received a response within a couple of hours about a phone interview. The phone interview was set up the following Monday. During that time, I was told to complete the Skills Assessment for the non-technical. The test consisted of about 4 parts. There was one 2 minute section on quick written math questions. Then there were 2 other logic sections, and a lastly a pseudo-coding question. The programming test was very simple and was super easy to follow. The phone interview was very relaxed and went much like a conversation. It seemed as if the interviewer wanted to sell the company and job to me, versus me selling me to the company and job. Within a week, I received confirmation of an onsite interview. I will be flying out to Wisconsin in January and will leave a follow up review of the onsite visit.

Interview
There are three parts:
1. Phone interview
2. Skills Assessment
3. In person interview
The skills assessment takes about 3 hours. When I was about to start the skills assessment the proctor said I was allowed to have a basic calculator, but since I didn't have one, (I usually use my phone) I had to reschedule the test for the next day so I could get one.
I haven't had my in person interview yet, so I can't comment on what that was like.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by email the next day. The first round was a phone interview with basic behavioral questions and going over my resume, followed by logical/technical assessment proctored online.
