I applied at my university's career fair. Almost immediately, I was scheduled for a phone interview. In the meantime, there was a technical exam component which was extremely long and tedious. Many of the questions did not pertain to the position that I was applying for

The hiring HR representative reached out quickly and was very responsive when communicating. However, it all seemed very decentralized as the process consisted of 3 different parts--a simple questionnaire that asked details about yourself, a casual phone interview, and a lengthy test that took me about 2 hours.

Interview
Phone interview with another program manager was easy, asked about your interests in Epic and some simple behavioral questions. There is a personality test and a skills assessment. The skills assessment takes about 2 hours and is pretty difficult. Make sure you have plenty of time, there is some basic coding, quick math, and logic questions.
