The first step is a quick phone interview. This is very basic and easy. You need to show your interest in the company and that you fit the role of the position.
Next is the online assessment. This takes a few hours and there is an online proctor that's honestly kind of weird. This is pretty difficult, especially if you've never programmed. Allow yourself a lot of time.
Last is the onsite interview. It's very organized and moves quickly. You meet each interviewer for 20-30 minutes individually or with other candidates for a few hours. First there is a software demo, then an overview of the position you're applying, and finally a case study of how you'd handle a situation. This is timed and you have to be pretty creative with your answers as the questions get more difficult. It's not too bad but be prepared to think quickly. The interviewers are very friendly and it is obvious they are the more social PM of the company.
