The interview consisted of three parts. The first was a phone interview, then a computer test to screen out candidates. The final interview is an on-campus interview at Verona, Wisconsin.
Be sure to know that there are many candidates and Epic invests a lot of money in their recruitment process.

Interview
Fill out an application online including submitting a resume and cover letter. Complete many forms and quizzes that are emailed to you. Have a phone interview. Have two in-person interviews - the first one includes sitting for three different quizzes plus one three-minute-twelve-question math test, and the second in-person visit includes a bunch of scenario questions where you need to give the best solution and then a ten minute presentation on whatever you want.

An apple costs 40 cents, a banana costs 60 cents, and grapefruit costs 80 cents. Under the same circumstances, how much does a pear cost?
Pretty basic phone interview...walk through of the resume. 1 week later was asked to come for an interview on campus. Arrived the day before. They treat you to dinner. Next day morning: Tour then interviewed by 3 people, made a presentation that you are asked to prepare in advance and then talked with HR. Lunch. Afternoon was all timed competency exams.
