I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jul 2019
Interview
Brief phone interview where the interviewer asked a couple of questions. It's mainly conversational although you still have to be professional. The application process is quite efficient and professionally conducted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jun 2019
Interview
The steps are as follows: submit an application, then phone interview, followed by a personality assessment and skills test, and then on-site interview. The application is short so is the phone interview just have questions ready for the interviewer. Can't really prep for the personality assessment or skills test but good luck, they tend to weed out a lot of applicants. On-site interview is all day and includes a demo, case study, tour, position overview, lunch, position interview, 10 min presentation (PM's only), and HR interview. Prep well for your presentation and interviews using the questions already listed, be enthusiastic and you will do fine.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Tucson, AZ) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview started with a pretty simple test that I had to take, some kind of personality test, then I had to take another test that was extremely difficult from my perspective for someone that has never dealt with computer programming or software. It was pretty much about coding, logic, math, and some vocabulary. I know that after that part of the process, they fly you to wisconsin for a personal interview, but I couldn't get to that step.
