I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process was very straightforward and friendly. I met a representative on my campus who had me apply to the position in front of her while we talked about my resume. I was then contacted for a phone interview which led to an online assessment that took around an hour and then a Rembrandt Survey.

Question 1
How has (insert specific leadership role) helped you learn to work within a team and deal with conflict?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
First learned about Epic at the career fair and applied. They invited me to the first interview stage, which included a skills assessment which was rather challenging (math, logic, some basic coding). Then I had a phone interview the next day which was very conversational and basic behavioral questions. It took them about 3 weeks to get back to me about the final round. They invited me to the final round process on site which included a dinner the night before with a current employee, and then the interview day consisted of a behavioral interview and a 10 minute presentation that you have to give them. Also received a tour of the campus.
