Epic Project Manager interview questions

Hiring process was not too long. The responded quickly and the process took about 2 weeks. I did the application then the assessment then the phone interview recently. The assessment took 2 hours It was long two parts was timed. It was confusing and annoying, some stuff I had no idea what they was talking about but tried to make sense of It. Someone did monitor but I didn’t see them watch me while taking the test so It wasn’t bad, they didn’t check my area. The interview was chill like what people said I asked a lot of questions and they was answered well. He asked a lot what was on my resume and what made me choose to work where i did. I’m waiting to hear back to see if they will offer me an on-site interview. I don’t remember all the interview questions. Make sure you have questions prepared to ask.

Case study, presentation, behavioral. Overall they are just looking if you are a good fit. They teach you everything you need to know for the job in training. They are kind but the process is a behavioral sort of interview.
