I had a phone interview, then 2 online assessments. The assessments were logic-based-- both words and numbers. Like others have said, I was asked about my SAT scores. I took the SAT 10 years ago. I was also asked why I chose my undergraduate major. I was not asked any questions about my work experience. It was clear they want someone with little experience, as their CEO has said. I was not offered the position, and I have several years of work experience. Again like others have said, my friend with 0 work experience was offered a position.
The interview process starts with a phone interview before asking you to come to their campus for a formal interview. It was all organized very well and the interviewer was easy to talk to, which made the interview more relaxing.
