I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2018
Interview
You must take a personality quiz and then an online proctored skills test before you can even have a phone interview. The proctored skills quiz is through some online testing resource and it made me a little nervous as you are forced to give someone remote access to your computer. After you take the personality and skills assessment then you are granted a phone interview. The phone interview is just a basic interview which I thought went fairly well, but I was not offered an onsite interview.
Long interview process, consisting of phone interview, skills assessment, and on site interview. The phone interview with a current project manager was odd - she kept saying she "isn't a morning person" even though it was 9:30 am and acted extremely disinterested in what I had to say.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2018
Interview
Brief phone interview, assessment test, then all day interview. I never heard back after the assessment test. If you do not have a computer science background, the test will be incredibly difficult. Epic weighs your performance very high, so prep as much as possible. Don't get discouraged if you can't understand what's happening. Overall, there is no way you can study for this test but brush up on on basic computer programming language.
