I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2018
Interview
I talked to a representative at my school's career fair. A few hours after, they emailed me asking me to submit an application online. I did so and was soon asked to schedule a phone interview and an assessment test. I am currently waiting to hear back.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2018
Interview
Epic reached out to me to apply for the Project Manager position. Their HR is very quick - I got a phone interview scheduled within days of applying and took the skills assessment test online right after the interview. The interview is very easy and asks basic resume questions. The test was longer and more tedious than expected, but manageable even if you don't have coding experience (I have none). It took me about 2 hours to complete. I then got an invitation to an onsite interview days later.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Amherst, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online with my university career services page. Within a week I was given a phone interview about the position. Also had to complete an online assessment. The phone interview was brief and mostly talked about what the position is like.
