Interview
I sent in my resume and was offered an interview. The interview included a short personality assessment which took about 20 minutes. Then there was an assessment with a video proctor that took around two hours which included a coding and math section. Finally there was a fairly casual and informative phone interview which last around 20 minutes.

Interview
Very easy and quick response. Filled out the application online received an email 2 hours letter asking for a phone interview and scheduled an assessment. The interview is very informal, a general conversation informing you of the position and answering any questions you may have. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS IS THE SKILLS ASSESSMENT! The assessment is about 2 hours long and determines whether or not you move forward. Consisted of a lot of technical questions, coding, and general math and problem-solving questions.

Interview
Phone interview, in-person interview, and programming/math analysis timed test. Overall not easy but not difficult - make sure you take the analytical test a bit slower than you’d think... as long as you don’t fail the test you will get to the next stage. This stage, second interviews, is to determine your fit (personality-wise), where if you don’t fit into their culture, you may not like the position.
