I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2017
Interview
I was called by a current project manager in the position who had been in the position for 7+ years and loved it. More of a casual type of interview, definitely asked some thought provoking and analytical questions.

Interview
I applied at my school career fair and heard back within a few days. Had my phone interview and took the assessment and then heard back the next week for scheduling my on site. The entire process took about 3 weeks from application to offer. I went through 15 pages of glassdoor and wrote down every interview question mentioned to prepare. Every interview question I was asked was on glassdoor somewhere. I suggest doing this and then writing down sample answers to practice.

Interview
They wanted a phone interview, but they didn't call me the day it was scheduled. When I got back to them to inquire if they still wanted to go through with the interview, they rescheduled it for the following week. I spoke to an employee who had the position I was applying for. They were polite and asked very basic questions - although I had trouble answering them because they caught me off guard. It was clear that they wanted me to take over the conversation, but I was not prepared for this.
