I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Ann Arbor, MI) in Oct 2017
Interview
Online assessment followed by phone interview. As this was a university recruited position, an initial phone interview was basically guaranteed. I think the phone interview went really well, however the online assessment caught me off guard. I've done assessments for other companies before, but not one that was online and proctored like this one. I think not knowing what to expect, and the time limits that were imposed were my true downfall.

Interview
30 Minute phone interview. It was very casual. There were a few general questions like "why did you pick your major" and "how did you hear about Epic?" The last part of the interview is just the person explaining the role of the position you are applying for and answering any questions you might have.

Interview
Online application, online personality test, touchbase with recruiter, phone screen with potential peer employee, onsite interview in Madison that featured skills exam, case interview, and presentation. Offer came a few weeks after. Everything went pretty quick.

Question 1
I don't really remember the interview questions. There was a difficult skills test and a straightforward case interview.
