I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
The first step was a phone interview which was very laid back. They pretty much just explained the position and asked a little about my resume. It lasted maybe fifteen minutes total.
The second step was an online aptitude test. It is straight-forward for the most part, but monitor your time. It is multiple choice so if you truly do not know an answer it is likely best to guess and move on to make sure that you finish.
The last step is as the other reviews describe. It was an all-day event at the campus. I really enjoyed it and it was an all-around good experience. I had both an individual case study and a group one. I think I may have fallen short on the group one. In hindsight, I would make sure that you try to be one of the main contributors in this activity. There are about eight candidates in the group, so it could be easy to fall under the radar if you do not assert yourself. You also have to give a 10-minute presentation over anything that you want. I would recommend something that you are very comfortable with so that you do not need note cards.
They also offer for you to go out to dinner the night before with an employee. There is really no reason not to do this. It is a very relaxed dinner with other candidates present, and it gives you the opportunity to talk to an actual employee about their experience at the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Scenario: There is a decision to be made for a client in which there are four team members and one team leader. Everyone has the same experience and seniority. All four team members think that one action should be taken, and the team leader wants to do something else. The team members believe that what the leader wants to do will waste time and money for the client.
Two situations: one where you are the team leader and one where you are one of the four others. What do you do as each in this scenario?

Emailed to schedule a phone screening. They responded telling me I was potentially a fit for there PM position. I agreed to discuss some details of the job over the phone. After the call they sent a follow up email telling me they would get back to me. I decided to look elsewhere and contacted them first to let them know.

First step was a phone interview. Pretty calm and the project manager gave a great summary of his role in the company. Next step is filling out these assessments to test your math, reading, and personality. Final step is an on site interview with the company. Be prepared and friendly.
