I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2015
Interview
Spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to someone who was persuading me to come to Madison. We had a great conversation, I thought I would get the job because of it. After the long conversation where it seemed that I "had it in the bag", I took a two hour long assessment test on the computer that was proctored. Worst test ever. Didn't give me enough time, even though I knew what to do for most of it. They say you don't need experience in coding but trust me, you do. I have no idea how to use advanced computer programs and I clearly did not do well on the assessment. Oh well. Waste of time.

Question 1
Do you have any concerns about moving to Madison, Wisconsin?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
Originally interviewed for another position but was contacted to do an interview for project manager position. On site interview was easy and fun. Everyone involved was nice and it was very well structured. I was very honest in my interview as public speaking is not my favorite thing to do, I began to realize that the job of project manager may not have been a good fit. Despite the fact I did well on my presentation and got good remarks from those I presented to, I think that I may have hurt my chances by letting them know that public speaking was not my strongest skill in the interview. Anyways, I had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

You go to lunch on campus and do a tour of the facility. If they asked you to interview for two jobs then you do another overview and case study and then finally an interview with the HR rep.
