I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online. Got an email a week or so after, asking for a quick phone interview. after passing this step, I was asked to complete an online assessment (about 3 hours long). I did not make it past this step.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
First you take an online assessment and another self-assessment type quiz. Then you schedule a 30 minute interview with another Project Manager. The phone interview is very laid back, they spend 10-15 minutes asking you questions, all were questions I found on here. Then they allow you to ask questions, have a few prepared about the company and the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
1. Applied Online
2. Got a call for a brief phone interview
3. Was tasked with completing a skills and personality assessment
4. Invite to onsite interview in Verona. Was flown in the evening before for a dinner with an employee and other applicants. The day of the interview included group activities that taught about two positions in the company. We were provided lunch on campus and were also given a tour of the campus. Finally I gave my presentation to a group of employees and had a final interview with a recruiter.
I felt the process was very fluid and well tested. I am was quite surprised to not have received an offer considering I had project management experience while still completing my degree, but I guess they felt I would not be a good fit in the company. When asked about why they felt I would not fit in, they refused to comment.
Overall very cool experience. It was nice to see what other companies are offering despite not being given an offer.
