Multiple step interview process: online exam (3-4 hours), screening interview, then an interview on Zoom. Seemed like a very extensive process. To me, it seemed like most people got booted on the online exam portion.
Initial assessment screening followed up with a phone interview. I was called by a recruiter at a designated time. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. Asked basic questions and described the role. Discussed team composition and what the responsibilities would be.

Interview
Long, phone call, 4 hour online exam, panel interview and presentation was bad vibes. I think they’re looking for passive rule followers rather than passionate and innovative thinkers. Whole process felt like a waste of time to get to the end and not be offered the job
