Quick 20 minute phone screening with another project manager. Felt more conversational the dreaded interrogation of some interviews - I appreciated that. Typical questions and gave a decent explanation of the role to further my understanding. He mentioned that the next step would be a longer interview with a few more people and a tour of the campus.

Question 1
How comfortable are you with travel and how often are you willing to do it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
You get an email from a recruiter, watch an informational video where they hype up EPIC, and then you have to take an aptitutde test that you're judged not only on correctness and competion, but also how long it takes you to do it. The test it proctored and you aren't given a running count
I've had millions of interviews but this was the most relaxing and that's positive. There is no need to terrify the candidate. On this point, I congratulate the company BUT why do they have these meaningless exam that last hours? Seriously, this is not school and testing is not the best way to evaluate people for a job.
