Way too long and drawn out, first pre screen round then another in depth conversation and then final zoom panel. It was oddly structured and no one was on the same page

Interview
It was a lengthy process but a fun one. It concluded with a presentation on any topic of your choosing. I chose Dungeons and Dragons, a topic i could easily talk about for the 10 minute duration. It was a very calm and fun enviornment with followup questions that I felt prepared to answer by their relevancy to the topic I was presenting

The process included a phone call, a standard interview, and a case. They seem to value soft skills and problem solving very highly, especially for entry level positions. They spend a lot of time pitching their campus
