Interview
The hiring process starts with a phone interview, assessment, and then another interview. I'll be discussing the one thing that all people get scared of because of all what's written online about how hard is the skill assessment and so on. It is actually not hard rather feels like solving riddles and u have to think of it in a straight forward way, don't overthink it, it's really just a "claimed" smart question. I'll be putting examples down below.

Question 1

Interview
An initial intake interview is followed, by a test. The initial interview was more of a prescreen that I did not feel weighed too much on moving to the next step. Just a check to see if you were personable, could be a good fit and gave you a chance to make sure the job would be something you wanted to do. I feel like the test was a stronger influence on if I moved on.
