I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2018
Interview
It was a long day but everyone was so nice. We met with a lot of different people and had multiple exercises to complete. Overall, it didn’t seem to difficult.
The classic phone screening, test assessment, and on-site interview (this was pre-covid). For me, it took quite a while to hear anything back after the assessment - maybe a couple of months.

Question 1
There were many pretty standard interview questions (tell us about yourself, why epic, etc)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
First, after sending in my application, I got contacted for a phone interview. It was very relaxed, and the person interviewing me was friendly and conversational. They basically ask you standard questions (why epic, why you chose your majors, where you see yourself in a couple years, etc.)
After that they asked if I would do a skills assessment. Consisted of math/logic, a coding part where you have to answer questions based off of a coding language that they teach you step by step, and then reading comprehension. A lot of it felt similar to the ACT test.
After that, they contacted me for a virtual interview, which included a presentation and a case study.
