I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jul 2021
Interview
Phone screen-casual 30mn discussion of resume and what the role entails. Few days later sent skills assessment (math, logic, coding problems). Was invited for a virtual final interview (3
5hrs). Final consisted of no real interview portion. Felt more like was already hired (intro to the software. Discussion with another current project manager on day to day. Wrapped up with a presentation and final talk with Recruiter on salary, start date expectation etc. Was told 2 weeks to hear back, was rejected on week 4. Based on the reviews of position from employees, looks like I dodged a bullet.

Interview process was standard. I applied on Friday and got a interview schedule email that weekend. At first Phone screening, then technical test with some no tech coding, problem solving, math and verbal questions.

Interview
Initial Phone Screen, Online assessments (3-4 hours), followed by full day onsite interview consisting of a company breakdown, discussion with those in the role, presentation, case study, and final HR behavioral interview.
I initially applied for Project Manager but they made me interview for both PM and Technical Solutions Engineer. After the on-site interview, I had to take a coding assessment, which was 4 medium level Leetcode questions that was limited to around 2-3 hours total.
I received the initial phone screen two days after my initial application, along with the email for the assessments. After taking the assessments, I was offered an onsite interview after a week. Exactly 2 weeks after my interview, my recruiter sent me an offer.
