Phone Interview & Online Skills Assessment- Phone interviewer was cordial but interview process seemed impersonal, wish there was a better way to connect applicants with the company. I didn't get to hear much about the project manager position.
Filled out an application, then received a response asking for an interview. Received a call and spoke about my career and why I was interested in the position. Overall pretty straightforward.
Application, assessments, personality test, phone interview. Instead of doing the phone interview first, I completed all assessments and tests before the phone interview. Even though the position requires almost no programming ability, I was forced to take a coding section as all applicants are, and I think that section hurt me the most.
