I initially applied to be a Project Manager but they rolled my application over to Quality Manager. The process began with a hours-long skills assessment, after which I scheduled a three-hour interview day. The interview day entailed me looking at a sample webpage and identifying errors and talking with a current QM. I eventually had a call with the recruiter, after which I received my offer details. Before the entire interview process commenced, I was told over email that the position started in the "low 60s" range, but when I got my offer letter it said my salary would be $58k after an initial training period. When I pointed this out to the recruiter, they said "low 60s" included salary and benefits such as moving expenses (you get offered $5k to move plus temporary housing if needed). Between the multiple rounds of interviews/asssessments and feeling lied to about salary, I did not feel right accepting the position.
